Dentures
For people who have suffered extensive tooth loss, there are more options than ever before. We offer complete and partial dentures, which are a set of artificial teeth, for the upper or lower jaw at the Raleigh Institute for General and Aesthetic Dentistry. Full dentures replace all of the natural teeth in the upper or lower jaw, or both, by sitting on the soft (gum) tissue of the mouth that covers the bone ridge. Full dentures are made more stable with the combined use of dental implants. Partial dentures are used when there are still natural teeth left. The missing teeth are replaced by this type of denture in an effective and aesthetic design that uses both the soft tissue ridge and the teeth to hold it securely in place. Dentures will improve the appearance of your mouth, as well as restore good speech.
