Meet Our Doctor

Thomas E. Long DDS is a graduate of Dartmouth College, where he was the Assistant Captain of the Varsity Ice Hockey Team. Dr. Long graduated from Georgetown University School of Dentistry and also completed a two year general dentistry residency at Wilford Hall Medical Center in San Antonio, Texas. He has been practicing dentistry for over 25 years.

Dr. Long is a Master in the Academy of General Dentistry. He is also a member of the American Dental Association where he has held the position of Alternate Delegate to the American Dental Association.

He is a member of the Academy of Sports Dentistry, the International College of Dentists, the North Carolina Dental Society, the Wake County Dental Society, and the Paul Revere Dental Society. Dr. Long is an Adjunct Associate Professor at UNC School of Dentistry.

Dr. Long has provided dental care to the U.S. National Soccer Team and the USA Baseball Team. Dr. Long is also the dentist for the Carolina Hurricanes NHL Hockey Team.
